The Crusher Tower Operator communicates with ground personnel and equipment operators, records production information, and reports process or equipment concerns promptly. The position also supports inspections, housekeeping, and basic maintenance activities within the limits of the role.

Overall Responsibilities:

●       Start, operate, monitor, and shut down crushing, screening, and conveying equipment according to established procedures.

●       Observe control panels, gauges, cameras, alarms, and material flow to confirm that equipment is operating within required conditions.

●       Adjust feeder rates, belts, screens, material routing, and other authorized controls to maintain steady production and product quality.

●       Coordinate equipment start-up, shutdown, and material movement with ground personnel, loader operators, and supervisors.

Qualifications:

●       High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

●       A minimum of 2 years of experience operating crushing, screening, conveying, or comparable industrial processing equipment is preferred.

●       Knowledge of crusher circuits, feeders, conveyors, screens, control panels, and production monitoring practices is preferred.

●       Requires prolonged sitting or standing, climbing stairs, walking on uneven ground, and occasional bending or reaching.

●       Physical demands may include lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kgs).
