The Crusher Ground Labourer at Innlink Concrete Ltd. supports aggregate crushing and screening operations through material handling, clean-up, inspections, and general site assistance. The role helps keep conveyors, crushers, screens, stockpile areas, and access routes clear and orderly.

The Crusher Ground Labourer works closely with the Crusher Tower Operator, mobile equipment operators, and supervisors. The position reports equipment concerns, follows established safety controls, and assists with routine production and maintenance activities within the limits of the role.

Overall Responsibilities:

●       Assist with the safe start-up, operation, and shutdown of crushing, screening, and conveying activities as directed.

●       Feed, move, sort, and handle aggregate materials using approved tools and equipment.

●       Remove spillage and accumulated material from designated areas around conveyors, screens, crushers, and stockpiles.

●       Clean work areas, walkways, guards, and equipment surfaces using approved methods.

●       Inspect assigned work areas and report damaged guards, loose components, leaks, unusual noise, blockages, or other hazards.

Qualifications:

●       High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

●       A minimum of 2 years of experience in aggregate production, construction, mining, industrial labour, or a related environment is preferred.

●       Experience using hand tools and performing physically demanding outdoor work is preferred.

●       Ability to understand work instructions, safety signs, and equipment-related warnings.

●       Ability to complete required workplace health and safety, equipment, and site-specific training.

●       Requires prolonged standing and walking, frequent bending and reaching, repetitive movement, climbing, and manual material handling.

●       Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs.
