Position Summary

Responsible for the direct supervision of crews, subcontractors, and daily activities on the job site. The Supervisor Foreman ensures that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules, specifications, and quality standards. The Supervisor Foreman acts as the primary on-site leader, coordinating resources, solving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with management, clients, and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead, motivate site workers to maintain productivity, morale, and teamwork
• Assign tasks based on workers’ skills, project requirements, and priorities
• Assist with daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and hazards recognition
• Train new employees on job expectations, safety procedures, and equipment use
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade certification preferred)
• 1-3 years of supervisory leadership on job sites
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
